Pauline’s is a Planner and is based our Nelson office. She works with clients and resource consents across the Nelson, Tasman, Buller, Grey and Westland districts, and supports Buller District Council as a consultant planner.
Her work covers a board range of planning projects, providing her with extensive experience including rural and urban subdivisions, District Plan changes, land use consents, mining consents and road legalisation projects.
Pauline’s role has evolved significantly over more than two decades. She started as our Office Manager in Greymouth, before transitioning into planning and relocating to Nelson in 2010.
She places a strong focus on maintaining effective working relationships with Council planning departments and takes a collaborative approach to efficiently resolve any issues that may arise.
