John is a Licensed Cadastral Surveyor who specialises in all aspects of rural and urban surveys, greenfield developments, BOMA surveys (Builders Owners and Managers Association where the building lease areas are surveyed), construction surveying and project management. He works on significant specialist land development projects assisting clients with planning decisions, resource consent applications and civil engineering designs for neighbourhoods, contract administration, project management and cadastral surveying for the issue of titles.
