The Brief
Westview is a lifestyle subdivision located in Tinwald, Ashburton. It offers 40 generously sized residential lifestyle sections, ranging from 4,000m² to 5,000m². These sections provide an enviable rural outlook and views extending to the Southern Alps, making them highly sought-after among buyers.
What We Did
This project involved a partnership between two couples, with the shared objective of achieving a unified vision for the development. Due to the project’s rural location, a custom-designed drainage and stormwater management system was necessary to ensure both sustainability and seamless integration with the rural environment and existing surroundings.
DO managed the entire development process, providing comprehensive surveying and civil engineering services. From initial planning to execution, we navigated these new developers through the complexities of subdividing to a successful completion.
