Glen is the Director of Davis Ogilvie (Aoraki) Limited and leads the Timaru office, working closely with a dedicated local team to deliver work across the wider South Canterbury region.

A Licensed Surveyor with more than 20 years’ experience, Glen specialises in land development, surveying and infrastructure planning. His work spans project management, strategy and design, along with coordinating with clients, regulatory authorities, contractors and consultants to support successful project delivery.

Glen is closely involved in subdivision and land development projects, bringing a strong understanding of site constraints, design and infrastructure integration.

His particular strengths are in "big picture" thinking, concept planning, strategy and design. He enjoys building relationships with clients and strives to provide solutions that add value.

Dave has been part of our team since 1996 and is the survey manager for our Timaru office.

Over this time, he has developed extensive experience in land surveying, contributing a broad range of technical knowledge and skills across the projects he’s involved in.

As our Aoraki Survey Manager, Dave plays a key role in maintaining survey standards and good practice within the Timaru team. His role includes oversight of field operations, with a clear focus on consistency and quality across survey work. 

Lauren leads our Timaru survey team and has been involved in a wide range of surveying and land development projects.

Lauren is a Licensed Cadastral Surveyor based in Timaru. She specialises in rural and urban cadastral surveys, including natural boundaries, accretion and erosion surveys, easements, unit titles, subdivisions, boundary adjustments and associated resource management work. 

Lauren leads the survey team at Davis Ogilvie (Aoraki), drawing on her professional and technical knowledge as part of that role. Her work includes oversight of survey outputs and involvement in quality assurance processes, supporting technical consistency and professional development within the team.
