Stag Ridge

The Brief

We were engaged to deliver the full engineering scope for a multistage, 64-lot residential subdivision in Stoke, Nelson. This included taking the project from initial design through to the issue of titles. 

What We Did

Stag Ridge is a 64-lot, multistage subdivision located in the foothills of the Barnicoat Range in Stoke, Nelson. We were responsible for the full engineering process, from design through to contract management, working closely across disciplines, including planning, geotechnical engineering and local government. 

Our responsibilities also included liaising with power, phone, and other service providers, as well as providing as-built services and cadastral surveying through to the issuance of titles. 

This comprehensive approach allowed us to deliver exceptional results, transforming Sunningdale Drive through major earthworks, creating level building platforms, and managing the movement of over 100,000 m³ of material.
