The Brief
For several years, we’ve partnered with Christchurch-based residential developer Laurelwood to support the delivery of quality, affordable homes for all life stages, including multi-unit developments.
What We Did
We provided planning expertise, including preparing land use and subdivision consents for multiunit projects.
Our integrated planning and survey teams supported all stages of development, delivering surveying services such as building setouts, asbuilt surveys, 223 and 224c applications, Landonline processing and ongoing stakeholder engagement.
