Glen is the Director of Davis Ogilvie (Aoraki) Limited and leads the Timaru office, working closely with a dedicated local team to deliver work across the wider South Canterbury region.

A Licensed Surveyor with more than 20 years’ experience, Glen specialises in land development, surveying and infrastructure planning. His work spans project management, strategy and design, along with coordinating with clients, regulatory authorities, contractors and consultants to support successful project delivery.

Glen is closely involved in subdivision and land development projects, bringing a strong understanding of site constraints, design and infrastructure integration.

His particular strengths are in "big picture" thinking, concept planning, strategy and design. He enjoys building relationships with clients and strives to provide solutions that add value.

Based in Timaru, Selwyn is a Principal Civil Engineer and a Chartered Professional Engineer. He leads our Aoraki civil engineering team and specialises in developing stormwater management plans. 

Selwyn has more than 15 years’ experience working as a drainage and water engineer in local government. His expertise covers construction management, monitoring and civil and infrastructure design, and he is involved in civil and infrastructure projects that include water and drainage systems within scope. 

Within the Timaru office, Selwyn also plays a key role in mentoring engineers and supporting the development of technical capability across the team.
