Tim Liley
Survey Team Leader
Based in: Christchurch
Tim is an integral part of our survey team. He’s experienced, approachable and always looks after his clients and the team.
Tim is a highly experienced survey technician specialising in land development surveying and residential projects, with more than 40 years supporting delivery across Christchurch.
Tim joined the team in 1980 as a survey assistant and now leads our local surveying team. He plays a key role in mentoring and coaching field-based staff, helping maintain consistency and a high standard of delivery across a wide range of surveying projects.
He has extensive experience managing housing company projects, working closely with project teams to keep work on time and within budget.
