Markham is an experienced engineering geologist based in Nelson. His work spans a range of geotechnical projects, including residential, commercial and subdivision developments, where he is involved in site investigations, hazard assessments, earthworks monitoring and geotechnical design.
His experience includes site project management, ground modelling, slope stability assessments, liquefaction assessments and geotechnical assessments for foundation design. Markham also prepares geotechnical reports that meet the requirements of building and resource consent applications in residential, commercial and subdivision projects.
