Denis Murphy
Senior Structural Engineer
Based in: Christchurch
Denis brings strong structural engineering experience to the repair, strengthening and assessment of residential and commercial buildings, as well as structural design for new builds.
Based in Christchurch, Denis is a senior structural engineer, Chartered Professional Engineer and holds a Master of Engineering in Structural Engineering.
He's been involved in a range of building and infrastructure-type projects across the South Island, where he has supported the structural design requirements across different site conditions and project scales. His experience also includes the design of retaining walls, deep foundation systems, industrial and commercial buildings, civil projects and construction monitoring.
Denis works closely with our multidisciplinary team and clients, including homeowners and residential clients. He contributes to projects that require coordination across disciplines and stages, and stays involved throughout the project lifecycle, providing input as designs develop and construction progresses.
