Colin is a Chartered Civil Engineer with over 30 years’ experience in civil engineering across Scotland, England, Australia and New Zealand. He's held senior roles within multidisciplinary teams, including project manager for multiutility frameworks and design lead on civil and largescale infrastructure projects.
Colin’s experience includes utility infrastructure, asset investment planning, implementation and client-focused project delivery. Beyond his impressive technical expertise, he brings strong leadership, a personable style and commitment to facilitate successful project outcomes.
After returning to Scotland in 2014, Colin worked with Scottish Water on critical infrastructure projects. He now applies these insights to New Zealand’s Three Waters initiatives, recognising the potential parallels of both models.
