DO was responsible for the entire engineering process, from design to contract management and involved working closely across disciplines; planners, geotechnical engineers, and local government agencies, ensuring seamless coordination. Our responsibilities included liaising with power, phone, and other service providers, as-built services, and cadastral surveying, through to the issuance of titles.
This comprehensive approach allowed us to deliver exceptional results, transforming Sunningdale Drive through major earthworks, creating level building platforms, and managing the movement of over 100,000m³ of material.
