Damienne Donaldson

Damienne is a Principal Planner with over 10 years’ experience within planning consultancies, including over five years with Davis Ogilvie.

As a Resource Management Planner, Damienne has played an integral role in achieving successful outcomes for a number of projects of varying scale and complexity both locally and nationally.

Damienne specialises in the planning aspects of projects, including;

  • Preparation and assessments of Environmental Effects for regional and district consent applications
  • Site selection and feasibility assessments
  • Preparation of submissions
  • Providing planning advice on land and building developments

Damienne is currently working on a variety of resource consent matters varying from complex residential land use and subdivision consents through to regional council applications.
