The initiative embraces a non-hierarchical, intentionally designed community living approach. Grounded in values of connectivity, mutual care, and environmental consciousness, it aims to foster a way of living that promotes close-knit relationships and sustainability.
Set amongst 14.5 hectares and ten minutes from central Tākaka, the first neighbourhood comprises 34 new homes. Each neighbourhood is a co-creation with invested residents and will be built to meet their own unique needs and wants, including its shared spaces.
