The development of Paroa Estate was in part enabled by the farming activities of the former owners. During the 1980’s and 1990’s the Greymouth surrounds saw huge growth in the demand for 4 hectare lifestyle block. All the surrounding land was carved up accordingly. This has given this development the advantage of modern subdivision, but the nature of nearby land means views of West Coast greenery are not far away. Davis Ogilvie assisted with all aspects of this subdivision, Resource Management, Engineering and Land Surveying. The company was able to utilise resources from both Greymouth and Christchurch offices to complete those components.
