Flemington is located right around the corner from the Lincoln Township. The subdivision comprises of 59Ha of subdivided lots. There will be at total of 590 sections in the completed development, averaging around 625m2.
DO are proud to have been involved with the Flemington Development and excited to see it progressing well. Stages 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 & 14 have been completed and Stages 11 and 12 are currently under construction consisting of a further 60+ lots.
We were involved in the early stages, going with the client to some of the first site visits and giving support to their initial ideas. As the project has advanced, Davis Ogilvie have undertaken the resource consenting, full engineering design and surveying for this development, including all site construction supervision, inspections and reporting. We have also provided further geotechnical investigations for subsequent stages.
We have worked closely with the Selwyn District Council to ensure a high quality build for the Lincoln community and with Environment Canterbury to assess the impacts of the development on Lincoln’s existing waterways. This involved designing a construction system and permanent stormwater management systems to ensure the effect on Lincoln’s waterways was minimal while also aiming to improve the region’s stormwater network.
