• Civil engineering design – Design of all civil infrastructure for this mixed residential and commercial development
• Resource management – Resource consents for subdivision and land use, including earthworks, show home village, Mitre 10 Dream Home and Commercial Village
• Geotechnical assessment – Individual lot reports for each lot within the subdivision, subgrade testing, and bearing confirmation for civil and structural design
• Surveying – topographical and cadastral surveys.
