We’ve been involved in this project from inception when four syndicates worked together to create over 600 residential sections and a number of local neighbourhood reserves in the fast growing Richmond West area.
Our responsiblities included prepared and the submission of subdivision and land use consents, large scale earthworks consents and National Environmental Standards (NES) consent for a historic sheep dip on the property. The engineering plans were prepared for the staged development and construction continued with contractors rolling on from one stage to the next and often multiple stages being done at once since the demand was so great.
Borck Creek, which runs along the north side of the development, has been significantly upgraded by the Tasman District Council and now has a reserve width of 70 metres. This area allows for flood flows and animal habitats as well as being a popular recreational area for residents.
