Pauline’s role has changed significantly over more than fifteen years with the company; originally Office Manager for DO’s Greymouth predecessor, she re-trained as a Planner. Now based in our Nelson office, she undertakes all of the West Coast planning work as well as sharing the Nelson workload and supporting the wider DO planning team.
Her diverse workload has resulted in a wide range of experience including rural and urban subdivisions, District Plan changes, land use consents, and road legalisation projects. She is also able to facilitate all consenting aspects associated with small- to medium-scale mining comprising minerals permitting, access arrangement and resource consents.
Pauline prioritises quality professional relationships, and enjoys guiding new clients through the subdivision process.
Interests outside of work
Pauline’s large extended family, now including grandchildren, keeps her occupied. She leads the music team and plays keyboard at her church; and enjoys scrapbooking and refurbishing old furniture.
