Pauline’s role at Davis Ogilvie has evolved significantly over nearly two decades. From starting out as the Office Manager in Greymouth, she transitioned to become a Planner and relocated to the Nelson office in 2010. Presently, Pauline oversees West Coast planning work, Nelson/Tasman consents, and also handles Buller District Council consents as a consultant.
Her diverse workload has provided her with extensive experience in various areas such as rural and urban subdivisions, District Plan changes, land use consents, mining consents, and road legalisation projects.
Maintaining strong professional relationships with Council Planning departments is a top priority for Pauline. She believes in a collaborative approach to efficiently resolve any issues that may arise.
