Bryan is an experienced subdivision civil designer with over 25 years’ multidisciplinary experience in New Zealand and overseas (UK).
Working on several large-scale ‘super subdivisions‘ of 800 lots plus, down to smaller multi-unit high density housing developments preparing detailed design documentation using AutoCAD Civil 3D modelling software.
He understands the client’s requirements for affordable design solutions and optimising the lay of the land to achieve desirable sections for development.
Bryan also specialises in NZS 3910 contract documentation, preparing schedules of quantities specifications and project administration.
With his many years of experience, he has gained a harmonious working relationship and respect from councils engineers, service authorities and contractors alike
