Bryan is an experienced subdivision civil designer with over 25 years’ multidisciplinary experience in New Zealand and internationally in the UK.
He has worked on large-scale super subdivisions of 800 lots or more, as well as smaller multi-unit high-density housing developments, preparing detailed design documentation using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
He understands client requirements for cost-effective, affordable design solutions and optimising land layouts to create desirable sections for development. Bryan also specialises in NZS 3910 contract documentation, including preparing schedules of quantities, specifications and project administration.
With his extensive experience, he has built strong working relationships with council engineers, service authorities and contractors, earning respect for his practical, collaborative approach.
