Ross Jennings

Ross is a senior civil engineer with more than 20 years’ experience in three waters, stormwater, and water-sensitive urban design. Based in Christchurch, he has worked in both public and private sectors in New Zealand, Australia and the UK.

He works on large stormwater projects, focusing on creating spaces that the public can enjoy, that are easy to maintain, and that enhance local flora and fauna. Ross has significant experience working in multidisciplinary teams and finding solutions that balance technical engineering outcomes with high-quality, inclusive community spaces.

With experience across different countries and sectors, Ross has strong stakeholder engagement skills. He builds relationships between teams and interest groups, encouraging collaboration and ideas that add richness and resilience in the final design.
