After two years in the role of survey assistant, Joe joined the civil engineering team as a technician, broadening his skills in design and project observation. Joe gained experience in all stages of civil design, from concepts to construction management. As the Engineering Manager for the Greymouth office, he oversees West Coast projects and works closely with the Christchurch team.
