Gary has extensive experience in civil infrastructure and land development delivery from initial optioneering and feasibility, consultation, design and consenting, to contract administration as Engineer to Contract. Gary has developed communication, leadership, engineering, legal and governance skills that help him to facilitate successful outcomes for his clients.
Gary has significant experience in greenfield and brownfield commercial and residential land development and 3-Waters projects, including municipal water and wastewater infrastructure. A career highlight was the engineering professional services delivery of the TAS Flood Recovery Village of 20 houses including external enabling infrastructure work including a bridge crossing, from greenfield to tenanted in 10 months.
