Elliot is DO’s Engineering Director. With a strong background in geotechnical investigations, residential and commercial development, infrastructure design, and contaminated site management, Elliot brings a wealth of expertise to clients and the team. He has worked on diverse projects ranging from local authorities, tertiary education institutions to commercial clients.
Lately, Elliot has been focusing on ground improvement and foundation design for various development projects, residential construction, and earthquake-related remedial work. He has extensive experience in geotechnical investigations, including hillside properties, retaining walls, and slope stability. In addition, Elliot has handled structural assessments, remedial design work, project consent oversight, and construction monitoring. Not only is Elliot adept in project execution, he is also well-versed in claims resolution. He has actively participated in mediation sessions, judicial settlement conferences, joint expert reports, and has provided expert witness testimony in High Court cases.His practical approach and breadth of knowledge make him an invaluable asset to our organisation.
