Based in Nelson, Christopher is a registered civil engineer in the state of California with fourteen years of professional geotechnical experiences with the previous eight years in New Zealand. Before joining Davis Ogilvie, he managed and designed various projects in Wellington and Christchurch. He is a graduate of Cal Poly Pomona with a Bachelor Degree in civil engineering and a Masters Degree in geotechnical engineering.
He has experience performing geotechnical and earthquake engineering analyses; providing sound engineering judgement and initiative, preparing reports adhering to the standard of practice, code regulations and design standards for a wide range of projects: seismic strengthening, roadways, and land development; with expertise in natural hazard assessment, ground improvement, retaining wall design, and foundation design.
