Amy Carter

Amy has spent much of her 25-year consulting career working with or for engineers and planners. She has a proven record of accomplishment leading and delivering strategic communications and marketing in particular for the infrastructure, construction and rural sectors. She specialises in smoothing the way on multiyear large projects such as wind farms, irrigation schemes, land designations or large-scale land development on behalf of her clients.

She has worked for crown entities, CCO’s, commercial entities (listed and privately held), regulatory authorities and iwi which gives her the ability to understand the drivers for all parties involved in any project.

Amy works for Davis Ogilive on a part time basis as our Director of Business Development and Marketing. She says it feels like a return to her roots – “like a well-worn steel cap boot” she says.

Her responsibilities include supporting the directors and senior leadership team by developing and implementing their stakeholder engagement, customer journey and marketing communications strategies. She is also available to support our clients.
