Land Development

Verdeco Park is a new development located in the rural township of Lincoln, approximately 22 kilometres southwest of Christchurch.

Verdeco Park covers 65 hectares of land which will be released in six stages. Once complete Verdeco will include 225 residential/ rural lots ranging in size from 560m² – 6,000m².

Davis Ogilvie have been involved in this project since the developer commenced the initial planning in 2017 and have provided a range of services including planning, surveying, geotechnical and civil engineering. Our project team have worked closely with the developer to help create a subdivision that highlights its natural park surrounds and green spaces.

We have obtained various local Council and regional Council consents including subdivision, earthworks, and land use consents, and all Ecan consents including, Operational stormwater discharge consent and all construction related discharge consents.

We have also carried out geotechnical investigations and reporting for the entire subdivision, civil design including earthworks, wastewater reticulation, potable water supply and storm water reticulation, contract administration and construction observation.

The overall project includes a variety of residential  and rural zoned areas and a proposed future commercial stage. The two stages of this development have been completed, which also included an extension of infrastructure external to the site in conjunction with the local council. The 3rd stage is due for completion in 2020, with the balance of the stages to follow.

We continue to work closely with the developer in planning, design, consenting and development of the remaining stages.   For more information about Verdeco Park please visit the website at
