The Oakbridge subdivision covers a land area of 35ha, and once complete will consist of approximately 450 sections ranging in size, from 300m2 to 600m2, catering for the executive townhouse to the luxury family home.
Careful consideration has been given to road widths, cycle ways and reserves, with a focus on ensuring the environment is one all residents are proud to live in.
Some of the proposed design elements include; a stone bridge entrance, tree lined streets, cobblestone and paving features.
