Davis Ogilvie has been involved in two recent projects at Mt Lyford.
One project involved creating additional titles to separate our client’s interest in their land, including the Mt Lyford Ski Field. This was a high country job and involved helicopter work to allow vast areas of land to be accessed quickly. We were working over recent work 2003 and work completed in 1887 & 1892.
The second Mt Lyford survey was a rural lifestyle block subdivision and included a natural boundary known as the Mason Stream. The stream boundary had never been shown on a survey plan but had been shown as a sketch on a plan (dated 1887) and subsequent surveys had used this as the boundary. A precise survey of the stream was undertaken with GPS and the stream boundary determined.
