Cliff Street

A Geological Nuclear Science (GNS) identified area of Mass Movement (Class I – Risk to life), the southern end of Cliff Street is also the entrance to the Emily Heights Subdivision. Davis Ogilvie is working closely with CERA, CCC, GNS and the land owner to provide professional services on the mitigation and remediation of this hazard, therefore not only opening the subdivision to development but also safeguarding the public from this potential danger.

Davis Ogilvie has been involved with invasive geotechnical ground investigations combined with 3 dimension rock face scanning, aerial topographical surveying and geological mapping of the failed rock face has given rise the mechanism of failure to the cliff face, therefore we are able to provide remedial options to make safe this are of Moncks Bay.
